The second cohort is well underway. This year’s participants have already had themed program sessions on systems perspective, visionary leadership, customer-focused excellence, and valuing people.
In a recent session, the Sterling Leadership Fellows candidates visited two role-model organizations in the Atlanta region, Wellstar Douglas and Wellstar Paulding Medical Centers, which hosted the cohort with discussions with organizational leaders and staff about leadership systems, strategy, and focus on customers and employees. The cohort toured both facilities and learned how the Sterling Framework is implemented, as well as its positive effects on the performance of both hospitals.
The Sterling Leadership Fellows program is not merely another leadership course; it is a dynamic learning experience crafted to expand your understanding of performance excellence and provide you with essential leadership skills.
