The Sterling Criteria Series

We are pleased to announce the third Sterling Leadership Series, Demystifying the Sterling Criteria, beginning Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 12:15 PM EST.

As leaders participating in this series, you will gain tremendous insights into what it takes to identify, understand, and drive your organization’s success to improve your critical business processes. You will:

  • Hear from experienced leaders on demystifying the Sterling process categories.
  • Benefit from relevant and proven experience and knowledge.
  • Obtain a level of understanding to apply learnings within your organization.
  • Learn how to “put it all together” in the eighth and final session.

Each weekly session is a concise 30 minutes. In approximately fifteen minutes, the facilitator(s) will share their experiences and practices. The remainder of the session is open to Questions and Answers to strengthen your learnings. Sterling also provides a takeaway sheet of highlights for each session.
