Stering Perspectives: Chris Catania, Wells Fargo

With more than 15 years financial industry experience, Chris Catania serves as the Customer Experience Leader for Wells Fargo Florida Community Banking.  In this role he advocates for excellence, coaching more than 8,400 team members in delivering world-class service to Wells Fargo customers throughout more than 650 stores across the state. Catania is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

A 13-year Wells Fargo veteran, Catania has served in various roles including financial specialist, district manager, Wells Fargo at Work relationship manager and affluent customer segment coach. Prior to joining the company he was a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.

Catania earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine and his MBA from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and holds Series 7, 66, Life & Health Licenses. He also currently serves as a board member for the Florida Sterling Council and the Flagler Alumni Board.
