The Sterling Fellows Curriculum encompasses 14 monthly sessions to engage yourself in a dynamic learning experience with virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and industry-leading insights.

Sterling Leadership Fellows is open to mid- or higher-level leaders who exhibit a profound interest in self-development. These individuals actively seek new knowledge, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. They are influencers within their teams, possessing the ability to inspire and guide others. Aspirational and energetic, our candidates approach leadership with enthusiasm and a drive to excel. They exhibit flexibility and resilience, adapting positively to challenges and uncertainties. Our program aims to foster a transformation from a management to a leadership perspective and behavior, elevating not only individual professional and personal growth but also contributing to the overall excellence of the organizations they serve. Please Note: The Sterling Leadership Fellows series of training seminars and hands-on learning are designed to help you develop perspectives and skills that will benefit you professionally and personally as an employee who has shown interest in enhancing your leadership skills. Required Attendance: The time commitment to Sterling Leadership Fellows is essential. You are required to attend the Sterling Leadership Fellows Orientation, all developmental sessions and complete assigned projects. Participants who don’t fulfill the attendance obligations may not graduate.
