The Sterling Collaborative assessments are designed for organizational leaders who want to accelerate the development of their Leadership System and get meaningful and direct feedback to identify the key strengths and opportunities for improvement. The Collaborative Assessment is recommended for organizations seeking expert Examiner consultation and collaboration on their performance excellence journey – this may include organizations new to the Sterling Framework for Performance Excellence to obtain a baseline of their organizational performance, or organizations that desire a readiness assessment to pursue the Governor’s Sterling or Georgia Oglethorpe Award. There are two options for Collaborative assessments – the Collaborative, and the Collaborative + Results. The Collaborative will focus on the organization’s key processes utilizing the six Process Categories within the Sterling Framework for Performance Excellence. The Collaborative + Results, adds the seventh Category – Results – to the assessment to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of key organizational processes.
