Sterling Express

The Sterling Express assessment process is a leadership-driven consulting assessment based on the nationally recognized Sterling/Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence.  Through this consulting assessment, you will gain knowledge about what it takes to drive high performance as a leadership team, as well as obtain a baseline of your key strengths and opportunities for improvement.    This leadership review facilitated based on your submission of an Organizational Profile, a call with the expert examiner team to understand your key business drivers, and a half-day leadership assessment based on the six Criteria categories of your leadership system.  You will then receive a written feedback report providing you with an action plan for moving forward to support a high performance leadership system.
